JOB SCOPE:
Handling inbound calls/emails/livechat regarding customers general enquiries complaints comments feedbacks and other issues related to the companys products.
Assist and resolve customers inquiries with their Grab services payment issues Grab orders Grab Apps etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
Good English & Bahasa Malaysia communication skills (spoken & written)
SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call centre - Full Training Provided.
