Job Summary

JOB SCOPE:

  • Handling inbound calls/emails/livechat regarding customers general enquiries complaints comments feedbacks and other issues related to the companys products.

  • Assist and resolve customers inquiries with their Grab services payment issues Grab orders Grab Apps etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good English & Bahasa Malaysia communication skills (spoken & written)

  • SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call centre - Full Training Provided.
