This role is based in our Barcelona office with team members across our operating markets.
Your Role in a Nutshell
Accounts Payable (AP)
Reviewing and processing incoming purchase invoices ensuring theyre correct and aligned with expectations.
Keeping a close eye on spending patterns and purchasing behavior helping the business stay cost-conscious and compliant.
Being in contact with suppliers and data monitoring and verification
Supporting our teams by safeguarding the quality and accuracy of vendor payments.
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Handling and issuing sales invoices across our markets
Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of invoices with all relevant information and POs in place.
Confirming order information
Collaborating closely with our sales and customer success teams to make sure invoicing supports smooth customer experience.
Responding to customer questions about invoicing.
Following up to ensure timely payments.
Supporting controlling activities
Assisting the Group Finance team with controlling tasks as needed such as:
Supporting monthly reporting activities.
Preparing analysis or reconciliations requested by Group Finance.
Contributing to process improvements across financial operations.
Key Success Factors
To succeed in this role you will need to:
Bring previous experience in an AR/AP specialist or similar role operating in European markets.
Be detail-oriented accurate and highly organized.
Be independent and proactive someone who takes ownership and drives things forward.
Enjoy being hands-on and close to the business especially collaborating with Sales and Customer Success.
Communicate in full professional proficiency in English (other European languages of our operating markets are a plus).
