Job Summary

Are you passionate about keeping projects on track and ensuring seamless coordination within global leadership and development programs

At RDT Ingenieros we are expanding our project management and consulting team and are looking to incorporate a Junior Project & Communications Coordinator to work remotely on an international project with an estimated duration of 45 months.

You will support the day-to-day execution of standard global portfolios (such as leadership development programs) while assisting Project Leads who manage more complex and forward-looking initiatives. This is not a senior Project Manager role but rather a highly organized and proactive coordinator who drives results alongside the team.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily execution activities within global standard programs.

  • Track tasks milestones and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Provide operational support to Project Leads on strategic initiatives.

  • Prepare and update presentations and materials in PowerPoint.

  • Maintain tracking files dashboards and reports in Excel.

  • Coordinate internal communications and ensure stakeholder alignment.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest practical solutions.

  • Work independently in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision.

What We Are Looking For

  • Initial experience in project coordination PMO support or similar roles.

  • Strong structured task management skills.

  • Excellent follow-up and communication abilities.

  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and solid Excel knowledge.

  • Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

  • Professional level of English (international environment).
