Valuing Negotiator

Based from an office in Weston super Mare covering Weston super Mare and Burnham on Sea
SALARY AND OTE
Basic salary 27000
Realistic OTE 28000 plus through uncapped pooled commission
WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday 8:45am to 6:00pm
1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00am to 4:00pm with a lieu day in the week
OVERVIEW
A well established independent estate agency with a strong presence across the South West is expanding and looking for a driven Valuing Negotiator to join an award winning lettings team. You will be involved in viewings supporting rental valuations building landlord relationships and helping grow instructions across the North Somerset area.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Generate arrange and carry out viewings for properties to let
2. Support property valuations alongside the Business Development Manager
3. Build and maintain long term relationships with landlords and understand their requirements
4. Advise prospective tenants identify needs and match them with suitable properties
5. Identify new business opportunities and support ongoing growth activity
6. Stay up to date with lettings legislation and best practice
7. Handle offers negotiations and queries between landlords and tenants
8. Support local marketing and canvassing to win new instructions
9. Deliver consistently high levels of customer service and communication
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
1. At least 12 months experience within lettings or estate agency
2. Confident motivated and energetic with a strong work ethic
3. A team player who takes initiative and ownership
4. Strong relationship building skills with a commercial mindset
5. Professional articulate communication and a service led approach
