Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Kenilworth - up to 26k basic plus uncapped commission

This is a fabulous opportunity to join this leading local Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have built up an impressive reputation in the area. They provide a modern and pleasant working environment and a great salary package where progression will most definitely be encouraged. They are looking for an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator for their office in Kenilworth who has local area knowledge.

As an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out viewings
  • Negotiating offers
  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospect clients
  • Progressing sales through to completion

The successful Estate Agent Sales Negotiator will have the following skill set:

  • Previous experience working as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator or someone from a strong sales background
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Full UK licence and car

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm with one hour lunch - alternate Saturdays 9am - 2pm with time off in lieu
