Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Burntwood - 30k package

My client is one of the leading Lettings and Estate Agency brands in the area with a solid reputation built up over many years. They are currently looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team in Burntwood where you will be registering applicants booking viewings and valuations negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion.

Main Duties:

Arranging and carrying outproperty viewings
Negotiating sales
Listening to potential buyers requirements and selling the best suited property
Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have
Progressing sales to completion

Key Skills for the Estate Agency Role:

Estate Agency experience is essential
Excellent communications skills
Local and Knowledgeable about the area
Excellent interpersonal skills
Professional and Positive attitude
Good negotiation skills
Self-motivated

5 day week - Mon - Sat alternate Saturdays and a day off in the week.

Mon-Fri 9-5:30 Sat 9-4:00. May consider a 4-day week option but still involving Saturdays.
