Job Description
We are in search of a results-oriented Meta/Google Ads Expert who can showcase a clear impact across both advertising platforms. The successful candidate will manage optimize and strategize advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search Display Shopping YouTube Performance Max) to drive traffic generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
- Create comprehensive ad strategies for various objectives including awareness traffic generation lead generation remarketing and conversions.
- Manage daily budgets bidding strategies and targeting to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and minimize cost per lead (CPL).
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives audience targeting and bidding strategies to refine approaches.
- Build performance reports and dashboards utilizing tools such as Looker Studio.
- Continually refine advertising strategies based on data-driven insights and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad copy and visuals that align with brand messaging.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding campaign results and ongoing strategies.
Essential Qualifications
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics including Click-Through Rate (CTR) Cost Per Click (CPC) Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) etc.
- Proven hands-on experience in digital advertising ideally with 25 years of experience.
- Experience with ad copywriting and comprehensive keyword research.
- Ability to work independently demonstrating strong organizational skills and reliability.
- Proficient in Google Ads Meta Ads Manager Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
Desired Experience
- Demonstrated ability to create impactful full-funnel advertising strategies that yield measurable results.
- Experience in a fast-paced digital marketing environment preferably within the service industry.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and other digital marketing channels.
