Summary
The Senior IT Portfolio Manager Infrastructure is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and governing the service benchmarking and planning continuous improvements across a complex multi-domain infrastructure organization within enterprise IT. This role sits at the intersection of strategy planning execution and operational excellenceensuring infrastructure services are scalable cost-effective and aligned to business priorities. You will partner closely with IT leadership functional infrastructure teams and enterprise stakeholders to drive transparency accountability and measurable outcomes. This is an opportunity to influence how infrastructure investments are planned funded delivered measured and optimized across the enterprise.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive the infrastructure service portfolio strategy across Infrastructure Communications Infrastructure Platforms and Enterprise Multimedia domains ensuring alignment with functional teams enterprise IT and business objectives
- Lead portfolio-level project and operational resource management including demand planning capacity planning and prioritization across infrastructure teams
- Manage infrastructure budgeting forecasting and financial governance including OpEx and CapEx oversight
- Establish and operationalize a cloud-based FinOps capability partnering with IT Procurement and Accounting to drive cost transparency optimization and accountability
- Define implement and maintain KPIs and metrics for infrastructure services projects and operations; provide executive-level reporting and insights
- Partner with the IT PMO to align on project intake delivery governance roadmap planning and execution tracking
- Collaborate with IT Operations and Infrastructure functional teams to support reporting and visibility for incident problem change vulnerability and service performance management
- Serve as a key liaison across IT domains including Core IT Applications IT Support IT Operations IT Compliance and Security Data & AI and Business Applications
- Engage with business stakeholders such as Accounting HR Marketing Litigation Support Records Management and Docketing to align infrastructure services with business needs
- Drive continuous improvement in portfolio management processes tooling and governance models
