Job Summary
Maintenance Technician
Full-Time Early Shift (4:00 AM 12:30 PM) MondayFriday (Occasional Saturdays)

What Youll Do
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical electrical and pneumatic issues
- Repair or replace faulty components to restore equipment performance
- Support the installation and start-up of new equipment
- Use electrical testing and measuring instruments to identify and resolve issues
- Document maintenance activities work orders and equipment failures
- Track and manage spare parts usage
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability and efficiency
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of:
- Industrial electrical wiring and 3-phase systems up to 480V
- AC/DC motors and motor controls
- PLCs drives and control systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics blueprints and technical manuals
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English
Physical & Work Environment
- Ability to stand and walk for 812 hours per shift in a manufacturing environment
- Frequent bending kneeling stooping and reaching
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly (heavier loads with assistance)
- Comfortable working at heights on ladders and in confined spaces
- Manual dexterity for tools and precision work
- Good vision (with or without corrective lenses)
Schedule & Pay
- First shift: 4:00 AM 12:30 PM
- MondayFriday; Saturdays as needed
- Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) - $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
- Overtime opportunities when production requires
