Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Manager Master Data Management the Sr. Associate Master Data Management Analyst will report into Corporate Finance.

The incumbent will assure the quality consistency completeness and timeliness of the Master Data information by ensuring the creation and maintenance of the data follows established processes. Their responsibility is to process all Master Data requests and activities across all business units. Performing business process analyses identifying gaps and inefficiencies and proposing solutions to help streamline the procedures is expected in this role. This role requires interactions with internal and external stakeholders from various business units.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Perform daily item creation related to Material Master.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for the creation modification and maintenance of Material Master.
  • Ensure accuracy & completeness of Material master input by validating information with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Review analyze and act on validation and exception reports to maintain control over data integrity.
  • Communicate master data requirements standards and updates to business partners.
  • Identify and report supplier noncompliance discrepancies or inefficiencies related to item pricing and promotional data.

  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of Master Data processes MDM systems and evolving business requirements.
  • Participate actively in datarelated initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic fastchanging operational environment.
  • Act as an ambassador of McKesson values through collaboration professionalism and customerfocused support.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Commerce or Administration Data Management or business experience equivalence.
  • Strong communication skills in English and French (written and spoken).
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

  • Comfortable navigating grey areas where guidelines may not be fully defined.

  • Proficiency with ERP systems (AS400/SAP/S4) (strong asset).

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a highvolume operational role.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize information.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to adapt quickly.

  • Assurer lexactitude et lexhaustivité des données du matériel maître en validant les informations auprès des parties prenantes internes et externes.
  • Examiner analyser et agir sur les rapports de validation et dexception afin de maintenir le contrôle et lintégrité des données.
  • Communiquer les exigences normes et mises à jour des données maîtres aux partenaires daffaires.
  • Identifier et signaler la nonconformité des fournisseurs les écarts ou les inefficiences liés aux articles aux prix et aux données promotionnelles.

Responsabilités générales

  • Maintenir à jour ses connaissances des processus de données maîtres des systèmes de MDM et des besoins daffaires émergents.
  • Participer activement aux initiatives liées aux données et aux projets damélioration continue.
  • Faire preuve dadaptabilité dans un environnement opérationnel dynamique et en constante évolution.
  • Agir comme ambassadeur des valeurs de McKesson par la collaboration le professionnalisme et un soutien axé sur le client.

Qualifications minimales

  • Baccalauréat en commerce ou en administration en gestion des données ou expérience équivalente en affaires.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais et en français (écrit et parlé).
  • Minimum de 2 ans dexpérience pertinente idéalement dans lindustrie pharmaceutique ou des soins de santé.

Compétences clés

  • Excellente attention aux détails avec capacité dinterpréter des informations ambiguës et de prendre des décisions éclairées.
