Job Summary

As our Intern: Data Integrity & Logistics (d/w/m) you are the vital link between our suppliers our warehouse and our live events. You arent just watching the inventory; you are ensuring that every piece of equipment is tracked logged and ready for action. By maintaining 100% data accuracy in our Warehouse Management System (WMS) you enable our events to run smoothly and ensure our inventory remains transparent and reliable.

Your goal is to maintain a flawless flow of information. You take ownership of the digital heartbeat of our logistics ensuring that what we see on the screen matches what is happening on the warehouse floor.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Integrity & Booking

The Gatekeeper: Manage the digital receipt of goods (Inbound Booking) ensuring all incoming stock from suppliers is recorded with 100% accuracy.
Catalogue Control: Regularly audit and maintain our digital product catalogue to prevent errors duplicates or inconsistencies.

Logistics & Discrepancy Management

Event Readiness: Coordinate outbound orders (Warehouse-to-Event) ensuring the right equipment and units are dispatched to the correct global events on time.
The Problem Solver: Identify and resolve mismatches between physical stock and digital records to maintain a Single Source of Truth.

Process Optimization

Efficiency Driver: Support the team in refining data entry workflows and warehouse processes to increase overall operational speed.

YOUR PROFILE

Education: You are currently enrolled as a student in a field like Business Administration Logistics / Supply Chain Management Business Informatics Sports Management or a related field with a focus on data and processes. Youre ideally in your 3rd semester or higher.
Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for data and notice the small errors others might miss.
Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable working with software systems. While WMS experience is a plus your ability to learn new tools quickly is what matters.
Proactive Communicator: You arent afraid to ask questions or flag issues to ensure data remains accurate.
Reliability: You understand that the success of a HYROX event depends on the accuracy of your work.
Language: English (C1/ C2) German is a plus.
