Job Title: Internship Commercial Management
Job Location: Bonn Germany
Main Responsibilities:
To support our Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) business we are looking for a passionate intern (3-6 months) to handle following tasks:
Support Contract Drafting and Review: Assist in drafting and reviewing terms and conditions for master/frame contracts and related documentation with a focus on learning about contract structures and key commercial terms.
Assist in Bidding and Negotiation Processes: Provide support during the bidding and contract negotiation stages including preparing and reviewing tender documents while learning about risk management and mitigation techniques.
Support Negotiation Planning: Help the team with planning negotiation strategies by researching risk control measures and understanding how to enhance contract quality and project profitability.
Contract Quality Assurance Support: Contribute to ensuring contract quality management by assisting with internal processes and documentation review.
Promote Best Practices in Contract Management: Help promote best practices by supporting the development communication and implementation of internal processes related to commercial terms and contract management.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical Engineering Information and Communication Technology Business or related field
Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly adapt to a fast-changing environment
Collaborative team player with the ability to handle challenges in a multicultural business environment and willingness to actively contribute to achieving team goals
Language requirements:
Fluency in English and German (C1-C2) mandatory
