About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and manage technology projects across different areas of the business ensuring delivery within agreed timelines budgets and objectives.
This role has a strong strategic component acting as a key link between technical teams business areas and stakeholders promoting effective communication and ensuring the successful delivery of high-value technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify technical and project risks ensuring the definition and implementation of effective mitigation measures.
- Ensure the delivery of programmes and projects within the agreed scope timeline budget and allocated resources.
- Ensure product quality by defining and overseeing testing and validation strategies throughout the full development lifecycle including functional and non-functional testing.
- Define and prioritise the product backlog based on strategic objectives risks costs and performance indicators (KPIs) ensuring continuous updates to documentation and the product roadmap.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimise processes features and development practices.
- Promote clear regular and effective communication between technical teams stakeholders and business areas ensuring alignment across all parties.
- Prepare progress reports and project management documentation to ensure visibility and effective monitoring of ongoing initiatives.
- Ensure project coherence and alignment with the companys strategic objectives and priorities.
- Participate in the analysis and definition of technical and functional requirements in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Management Engineering or a related field;
- 3-4 years of proven experience in similar project management roles preferably in technology-driven environments;
- Knowledge of Agile and traditional project management methodologies (certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master are a plus);
- Fluent in English;
- Strong results orientation organisational skills and critical thinking;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively in both technical and business contexts;
- Ability to adapt to dynamic and fast-paced environments.
