To accelerate our growth were looking for a talented Partner Sucess Manager to join our Revenue team.
Tasks
Youll build activate and scale Goodweeks European partner ecosystem with a strong focus on IT distributors and strategic partners. You own partner performance end-to-end: from sourcing to activation and revenue growth.
More specifically you will:
- Identify onboard and activate strategic IT distributors across Europe.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of partners (direct & indirect).
- Lead partner onboarding enablement and ongoing success.
- Build joint activation plans (webinars campaigns events).
- Drive adoption expansion and partner-led revenue.
- Run QBRs and monitor key partner KPIs (activation revenue churn).
- Work closely with Sales Marketing and Product to structure a scalable partner channel.
Requirements
- 4 years experience in Partner Success / Channel / Alliances in B2B SaaS or IT ecosystems.
- Proven experience working with IT distributors.
- Strong business mindset structured autonomous execution-driven.
- Comfortable negotiating enabling partners and owning results.
- English & Spanish: mandatory
- French: strong plus
