Job Summary:
- Serve as a consultant supporting the operational implementation of a new 40 Act Interval Fund
- Utilize strong project management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of 40 Act (Investment Company Act of 1940) funds (required)
- Lead and manage fund onboarding and fund launch activities
- Design and map operating models and process flows for fund operations
- Develop and coordinate implementation plans across Client Account Services (CAS) Operations and Technology teams
- Apply experience in asset management with exposure to private credit (preferred)
- Provide hands-on leadership in the operational setup ensuring successful fund launch and ongoing support
