Job Summary
100% remote - EST and CST

Job Summary:
- Serve as a Senior Business Analyst specializing in consulting and technology implementations for life insurance and annuities with a focus on FAST platform engagements.
- Lead requirements gathering design sessions and solution workshops with clients.
- Manage and prioritize user stories project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business IT actuarial and operations departments.
- Mentor junior analysts and assist clients in adopting the FAST platform.
- Analyze life insurance and annuity products policy lifecycles and servicing needs.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) data validation and troubleshooting of system issues.
- Drive process improvements change management and efficiency initiatives for insurance carriers.
- Provide insights on regulatory competitive and market trends affecting the insurance industry.
- Utilize strong technical skills in SQL Excel XML JIRA Confluence and BI tools (e.g. Tableau) for data analysis and reporting.
- Maintain excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills in a 100% remote work environment (EST/CST preferred).
