Talked about Testing tools training users (This is what she has been doing on her current project). Mgr said he likes the way she is proactive clear and likes her approach.

Travel: didnt mention how many weeks did mention probably Canada and a couple of locations in the US.

Mostly about testing dealing with people. End client testing and training.

mentioned relocating to 1 or 2 of the plants for a couple months. Not complete relocation. He wasnt very specific on the exact travel requirements. But she is open.

experience challenges with Hana testing (integrated and process data consistency sync exception handling reporting and analysis) running training programs

SAP EWM/TM Consultant

Lead and coordinate system transition from legacy SAP to S/4HANA including integration user acceptance and regression testing.
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for go-live.

Provide post-go-live support for approximately 2 months to ensure system stability and user adoption.
Act as a liaison between the site team and central ERP implementation team.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to logistics processes in SAP.

Question: Id like him/her to explore how he would approach it if he were to start shortly before the last integration of the cycle and would oversee preparing EWM testing training and organising operational site readiness for one or more plants or DCs implementing EWM.

For Travel we should assume 10 weeks until end of May. Potential 7 locations will be:

Forest City Iowa
Brookings SD
St. Paul MN
Irvine CA
Charlotte NC
Flemington NJ
Monrovia CA

Burlington Canada (probably not for this location-non testing)

We need an immediate backfill. We had a person doing their final interview today with the hiring Director in Germany and he backed out last minute.

This is primarily a Functional EWM position working with the DCs and plants.

Please provide a write-up. How the consultant would approach this scenario: if the consultant had to start shortly before the last integration cycle and would be in charge to prepare EWM testing training and organising operational site readiness for one or more plants or DCs implementing EWM. What are the steps considerations in this scenario

Overview:

I pasted a general JD below but please note that the Solventum Manager for these has a variety of roles open on his team. Broadly he is looking for TM EWM 3PL integrations DCs plant/supply chain expertise at varying levels... some folks may fit for multiple roles across multiple locations while others may be a clear fit for just one. For example someone with 15 years experience in EWM and 2 years in TM will probably fit the EWM-heavy role only vs a role that requires expertise in both.
