Job Summary

The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients based on physician referrals. This role involves developing and implementing individualized evaluation and treatment programs using a variety of therapeutic procedures and modalities. The goal is to restore muscle strength range of motion coordination and body alignment manage pain and improve overall movement and functional ability. All duties are performed in accordance with the applicable State Practice Act.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide physical therapy treatments using appropriate therapeutic techniques and modalities

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

  • Document evaluations treatment plans and patient outcomes accurately and timely

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

  • Ensure compliance with professional standards policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications
  • Licensure: Current Physical Therapist license in the applicable state

  • Experience: Less than one year of experience required
