Job Summary (List Format):

- Organizes and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy for patients with impairments or functional limitations due to injury or disease.
- Performs physical therapy assessments and treatments tailored to each patients gender age cultural background and educational needs.
- Aims to improve patients quality of life through individualized therapy interventions.
- Requires graduation from an accredited physical therapy program (American Physical Therapy Association).
- Must hold current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Montana and BLS certification.
- Demonstrates an amiable personality sound judgment and empathetic attitude towards patients.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
- Position is a travel role for a skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Montana; varied shifts.

- Note: In-state travelers must exceed a 250-mile radius to be eligible.
