Job Summary

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site Superintendent role located in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area. The Superintendent will oversee and manage the day-to-day construction operations ensuring work is completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors and site operations and logistics ensuring safety and compliance with regulations and communicating progress with ownership and trade partners.

Multifamily Mixed-Use and Hospitality
Ground-up construction and renovations
Full project lifecycle responsibility
Southeast regional portfolio

Qualifications:

Knowledge of Safety Standards Compliance Requirements
Extensive experience in commercial construction preferably multifamily
Proven ability to lead projects from startup through:
Building envelope
Interior buildout
Core systems (MEP life safety)
Final inspections turnover and closeout
Strong understanding of scheduling trade coordination safety and quality control
Experience leading field teams and subcontractors
Ability to work collaboratively with project management teams
Long-term mindset and commitment to project excellence
Proficiency in construction-related software
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans
Fluent in English required
Fluent in Spanish preferred but not required
