Maintenance Superintendentto support ourWichita Falls TXoperations. What Youll Do
Lead and prioritize all plant maintenance activities across mechanical electrical and controls systems
Supervise and develop maintenance personnel to drive safety reliability and performance
Maintain and protect manufacturing assets through strong preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Troubleshoot equipment issues and drive root cause problem solving
Coordinate equipment repairs upgrades and modifications
Manage maintenance budgets purchase orders inventory and cost controls
Partner with Operations and Engineering to improve uptime efficiency and equipment performance
Ensure compliance with safety environmental and quality standards
Oversee contractors inspections and plant projects
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reporting
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Associates degree in a technical or management field preferred
Extrusion manufacturing experience required (PVC / plastics preferred)
5 years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
Strongtechnical and troubleshooting mindset
Excellentorganizational and time management skills
Proven ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of CMMS systems PLCs and industrial equipment
Experience with electrical and mechanical systems
SAP experience a plus
OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
Strong communication and team leadership skills
