JOB TITLE: Buyer/Procurement Analyst
LOCATION: Orlando FL
PAY RATE: $35/hour

Summary:

Procure airframe detail parts and assemblies from engineering drawings (build-to-print) using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and SAP systems.
Source and purchase machinery equipment tools raw materials packaging materials parts services and supplies required for operations.
Compile and analyze statistical data to determine product feasibility and establish price objectives.
Monitor price trends and manufacturing processes to ensure cost-effective procurement consistent with quality reliability and schedule requirements.
Review proposals negotiate prices recommend suppliers verify deliveries approve payments and maintain procurement records.
Collaborate with internal and external departments and customers to ensure requirements are met.
May prepare bid packages and conduct limited travel as required.

Requirements:

Experience with MRP and SAP systems preferred.
Strong negotiation analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and manage multiple procurement actions simultaneously.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Desired Skills:

Experience supporting aerospace or airframe programs
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and ability to analyze price trends
Experience interpreting engineering drawings for procurement purposes
Experience developing and implementing subcontract policies and procedures
