Title: OCM/Change Manager
Location: San Diego CA (Onsite)
Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
Change Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans aligned with project/program objectives
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify risks dependencies and affected stakeholders
- Integrate change management into project/program plans working closely with Project Manager and Product Owners
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Identify and map stakeholders across impacted business units
- Build strong partnerships with sponsors and functional leaders
- identify areas of impact recommend ways to train the impacted users.
- Lead training programs by collaborating with Project teams
Communication:
- Develop clear targeted communication plans and messaging
- Create presentations FAQs newsletters and leadership updates
- Ensure consistent messaging across channels
- Manage feedback loops and address concerns proactively
Training & Enablement:
- Assess training needs and develop learning plans
- Partner with L&D teams to design training materials and sessions
- Enable teams through job aids guides and knowledge transfer
- Support post-go-live readiness
Governance & Reporting:
- Track change progress using KPIs and dashboards
- Provide status updates to leadership
- Ensure compliance with organizational change standards
- Maintain documentation and best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Management HR IT or related field
- 5 years of experience in change management transformation or program delivery
- Experience leading change initiatives for technology or digital transformations
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
