Description- Coordinate internal and external screening and vetting processes for new hires internal mobility candidates and incumbent employees as well as contractors and third-party personnel.
- Ensure all screenings comply with Euroclear policies regulatory frameworks and industry best practices.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal teams (e.g. HR Legal Compliance Procurement Security) governmental and external screening providers.
- Provide guidance and operational support to managers and HR regarding screening standards requirements and processes.
- Monitor screening progress track completion status and ensure timely resolution of pending screenings.
- Review and assess screening outcomes escalating potential issues or discrepancies to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with GDPR and confidentiality requirements.
- Support continuous improvement of screening workflows tools and governance processes.
- Contribute to reporting activities dashboards and audits related to screening and vetting.
- The position requires a minimum onsite presence with the possibility of remote work in line with Euroclear policies and operational requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with and understanding of Belgian government financial sector and best-practice screening regulations requirements and processes incl. GDPR.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal (based on EU CEFR Levels) with the ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Other languages are an added value
- Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information in a professional and compliant manner.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documentation and screening results to produce clear concise reporting.
- Holder of an official EU or Belgian security clearance is an added value.
- Strong organisational coordination problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Experience working with Government third-party screening providers or external auditors.
