Freelance Junior Localization & Translation Coordinator (NL/BE)

1520 hrs/week Remote Start: April 1 2026
We are looking for a freelance specialist to support content quality translation and operational workflows for our eCommerce activities in the Netherlands and Dutch-speaking Belgium.
- Review and refine Dutch/Flemish content; ensure accurate and customerfriendly messaging
- Run quick pre-launch quality checks and support translation/adaptation requests
- Provide light market insights for NL/BE
- Support or assist the Brand Media Manager with operations (partner communication creator orders seeding promo code..)
- Excellent Dutch writing and proofreading skills (Flemish a strong plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with multiple internal teams and external partners
- eCommerce experience required; fashion/beauty a plus
- Experience with localization tools (e.g. Smartling) is beneficial
