Freelance Localization & Partnerships Coordinator (NL/BE)

1520 hrs/week Remote Start: April 1 2026
We are looking for a freelance specialist to supportlocal partnerships content quality and operational workflows for our eCommerce activities in the Netherlands and Dutch-speaking Belgium.
- Support partnership and publisher placements (affiliate collaborations editorials product highlights)
- Coordinate timelines assets partner communication and golive checks
- Handle creator seeding (orders shipment tracking confirmations)
- Support promo code rollouts admin workflows and invoice/contract follow-up
- Review and refine Dutch/Flemish content; ensure accurate and customerfriendly messaging
- Run quick pre-launch quality checks and support translation/adaptation requests
- Provide light market insights for NL/BE
- Experience in affiliate/publisher partnerships or campaign operations
- Excellent Dutch writing and proofreading skills (Flemish a strong plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with multiple internal teams and external partners
- eCommerce experience required; fashion/beauty a plus
- Experience with localization tools (e.g. Smartling) is beneficial
