Position: Technical Training Head
Location : Cochin
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Service division with a minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with any leading automobile dealership
Qualifications : Degree/Diploma
CTC : *Upto 10.2 Lcas
Key Responsibilities:
• To impart training for across the dealership for new production launch.
• To impart basic training for newly joined manpower across dealerships.
• Support team for National Skill competition for different levels.
• Development of training modules in co – ordination with aftersales & R&D team.
• To conduct refresher training and update with latest technology changes.
• To maintain MIS on Training programs conducted.
• Cross- train existing employees to maximize team agility and performance.
• Drive innovative customer satisfaction /retention programs to deliver greater Customer Delight Index
• Lead the implementation of any new initiatives required to improve dealerships' operations and customer experience.
