As the Head of Growth Marketing Remitly Business you will lead the paid media strategy and some execution for our B2B small micro-business segment. You will own the paid growth motion end-to-end from strategic planning and multi-million dollar budget management to hands-on optimization and agency leadership. This role is focused on identifying specific unlocks in messaging audience and channels to scale growth. You will report to the Director of Growth Marketing and act as a strategic partner to senior leadership including the General Manager of Remitly Business and Product Marketing leads. This is an individual contributor role today with the opportunity to build and scale a team over time as product adoption and growth accelerate. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 3 days a week out of our Vancouver (Metrotown) office.
