Job Summary
SerraCDJR Lake Orion is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team in Lake Orion this role you will be responsible for engaging with customers understanding their needs and providing excellent service to help them find the perfect vehicle. This position requires strong interpersonal skills a passion for automotive sales and a commitment to maintaining the high standards of our dealership.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Provide product demonstrations and detailed information about vehicles and financing options.
- Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with team members and management to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Stay current with product knowledge industry trends and promotional offers.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
