TWC Global Services is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong IT delivery and engineering background to lead the modernization of the Locate Ticketing System and its integration with core enterprise platforms including Customer Relationship Management and mapping interfaces at the Government Sector Enterprise.

Title - Project Manager/Leader - Senior

Location- Toronto ON

Must-Have Skills -

Experience coordinating multi vendor delivery environments and managing complex technical dependencies.
Ability to engage at a technical level with vendors and internal teams to assess implementation approaches and manage delivery risk.
Experience overseeing testing strategies phased deployments and operational cutovers in high availability environments.
Familiarity with CRM platforms ticketing or case management systems and mapping or geospatial platforms is an asset.

Nice to Have-

PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Systems or a related technical discipline.
Experience delivering systems that support mission critical high volume operational services.
