About the role
As a Resident Admissions Coordinator youll play a key role in welcoming new residents into the Eldercare community. Youll manage residential enquiries and applications with accuracy efficiency and genuine care - ensuring every person feels supported from their very first interaction with us.
With your exceptional communication and relationshipbuilding skills youll guide applicants and their families through a seamlessadmissions process connect them with suitable vacancies and provide clear communication andcompassionate support during what can be a significant life transition. Youll work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver a smooth positive and professional experience for every resident entering aged care at Eldercare.
