Duties & Responsibilities- Doing regular inline checks on quality of products.
- Drawing of regular sampling for testing.
- Reporting of any deviation standards to the relevant people for action.
- Drawing daily samples from reject material to determine the defects and ratio thereof.
- 2 Hourly board samples to be inspectedtested and reporting any
- Re-tests to be done if necessary.
- Ensure products in warehouses are A Grade.
- Report and remove defective or not within specification boards from GITS.
- Completing all the relevant forms for reportig.
- Keeping all other relevant records up to date.
- Handing in daily reports to the manager for action.
- Maintaining and adhering to all safety procedures.
- Conducting routine physical and chemical tests against procedures.
- Computing and recording pertinent date.
- Maintaining laboratory equipment and timeous reporting on equipment malfunctions.
Minimum RequirementsMinimum Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12 / NSC)
- ISO 17025 Training
Minimum Experience
- On-the-job training in quality or compliance-related functions
- 23 years experience in a manufacturing environment
Skills & Competencies
- Above average knowledge of all relevant ISO
- Good physical health
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills across all organisational levels
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
