Your Team
This role reports to the Sales Director & involves close collaborations with a team of highly energetic driven and goal-oriented professionals. The culture is nurturing and you will receive coaching to help you succeed in this role.
What success looks like
- High Operational Discipline and Meticulous tracking of end-to-end Team Operations such as sample checking and support sales team with necessary updates
- Working seamlessly with the team and supporting to ensure quality end reports and timely execution of initiatives
- Ownership of reports and important tracking to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Responsibilities of the role
- Develop and support execution of projects and ensure timely processes execution.
- Conduct end-to-end Quarterly Initiative Planning & Execution working closely with sales team and category Market Strategy and Planning as well as own Quarterly Business Planning (event/ agenda planning agency engagement workshop)
- Provide insight to enable Sales Team to achieve Distributions Target and to improve Sales Fundamental
- Lead by-channel Distribution tracking and AC Nielsen report (Sales Fundamental & Value Share report)
- Identify potential opportunities and explore new plans for making savings projects.
- Build and develop your expertise in one of the best organizations in the world for a company that lives its values.

Job Qualifications
- Diploma and Degree holders are welcomed to apply
- 1-4 years of working experience
- Proven ability to communicate in English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Excel & Microsoft Office package. Proficiency in Power BI will be an added advantage
- Clear ability to handle multiple priorities and able to demonstrate operational discipline
- This job might require occasional business trips and related travel expenses will be supported by the Company
