Job Summary

Responsibilities

Identify new customer opportunities and acquire business from both existing and prospective accounts to deliver revenue and sales growth targets.
Contribute to company strategy market plans and the annual business planning cycle.
Deliver exceptional customer service and develop innovative client solutions.
Develop and implement account plans to drive sales with current and potential customers/distributors.
Provide timely accurate forecasts and activity plans for the managed account portfolio.
Maintain accounts and credit procedures according to contract terms and company guidelines.
Provide technical support and advice in close collaboration with the technical services team.
Use market intelligence and customer relationships to keep management informed about market demand competitor products and pricing environments.
Monitor and manage area budgets to ensure financial targets are met and controls are observed.
Ensure compliance with company policies HSSEQ standards and ethics.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Business Administration Marketing Maritime or a related discipline (preferred).
At least 12 years of sales experience ideally in the marine or related sector.
Consistent achiever with a proven record of exceeding sales goals.
Strong communication negotiation and problem-solving skills with a result-oriented mindset.
Awareness of current market trends and business strategies
