About the team

The Singapore Outbound team plays a pivotal role in driving Airwallexs growth by building pipeline and winning new customers across our key verticals enhancing Airwallexs brand visibility accelerating customer acquisition and helping shape how our products are positioned across target industries. Working closely across Marketing Product and Revenue Strategy & Operations the team ensures Airwallex remains at the forefront of innovation and delivers impactful solutions to our customers.

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SDR Outbound Sales to join our SME & Growth Outbound team in Singapore. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the teams growth and success by driving strategic projects and sales initiatives that are focused on scalability operational excellence and process optimisation.

As a key player in our expansion efforts you will take ownership of logistical and operational initiatives that enhance the efficiency of our outbound sales programs across verticals. Additionally you will support Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) in prospect-facing activities including sales meetings campaigns and events helping to foster strong relationships with our prospects and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Singapore Outbound team to design and manage projects and processes that drive commercial KPIs and optimise growth across priority verticals.

  • Partner with key stakeholders in the Outbound Marketing and Revenue Strategy & Operations teams to execute important projects including territory/vertical planning forecasting and optimising scalability of our outbound motions.

  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks ensuring processes are executed efficiently and accurately to support team objectives using Salesforce and other data platforms.

  • Analyse performance metrics (e.g. outreach productivity pipeline health win rates) to identify trends address gaps and develop actionable strategies for improvement.

  • Work alongside SDRs and AEs to support building and nurturing strong long-term relationships with prospects and customers fostering trust and collaboration.

  • Design and support the execution of innovative outbound campaigns to boost prospect engagement generate qualified meetings and drive scalable growth across our target verticals.

  • Collaborate with internal teamsincluding Operations Marketing Product and other commercial functionsto deliver seamless and impactful experiences for prospects throughout the sales journey.

Who you are

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.

  • 13 years of experience in sales business development revenue operations/sales operations or other commercial/operational roles.

  • Commercial roles with proven operational experience will also be considered.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and analytics tools (e.g. Google Sheets Looker).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional regional languages (e.g. Mandarin Bahasa) are a plus.

  • Proven ability to identify and execute on process improvements.

  • Experience in fast-paced environments preferably in a startup or scale-up.

  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask prioritise and meet deadlines.
