Responsibilities:

Proactively source engage and develop a robust network of qualified candidates aligned with open roles
Conduct initial screenings and interviews (phone and video) to assess candidate fit against role and client requirements
Track and update all recruitment activities within the companys applicant tracking system (ATS)
Identify and implement innovative recruitment strategies to improve sourcing efficiency and quality
Achieve and exceed weekly monthly and annual performance goals sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience: Minimum 1years of proven experience in recruitment sales or talent acquisition

Skills and Expertise:

Demonstrated tenacity goal orientation and a results-driven mindset
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record in closing placements
Self-motivated positive attitude with a commitment to continuous personal and professional development
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
