Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Insurance Business Systems Analyst to support digital sales product initiatives across the endtoend customer journey. The role involves gathering and translating business requirements defining user stories and partnering with product technology and underwriting teams to enable digital sales capabilities. Candidates should have strong knowledge of insurance products digital onboarding workflow optimization and customer experience design. Experience with Agile delivery and supporting multi-channel digital sales platforms is essential.
Role Descriptions:
- Canadian insurance background required
- Claims knowledge required
- Guidewire Associate or Guidewire Professional certification (Guidewire ACE certification preferred)
- Experience in writing business and system requirements
- Experience in writing SQL queries
- 5-7 years relevant experience
- Experience working in Agile
- Continuously enhance knowledge/expertise in own area and keep current with leading-edge technology trends/developments and develop expertise in services applications infrastructure analytical tools and techniques that can contribute to effective solution development/delivery
- Continuously enhance knowledge of business domains and their products/services
- Support and contribute to change management planning and activities including those that ensure operational readiness
- Support implementation and post-implementation planning and activities
