Role Descriptions: 1. Strong English & French Communication and inter personal skills.2. Should have good experience in troubleshooting hardware issues for both desktops and laptops.3. Should have knowledge on basic desktop issues printer installations AD Exchange Hardware issues etc..3. Should have experience in Active Directory Office365 and Desktop troubleshooting4. Hands on experience on OS troubleshooting skills5. Hands on experience on VMware and VDI troubleshooting.6. Good knowledge of ITIL Life Cycle phases Mandatory8. Flexible to work in shifts 24X7
