We are growing rapidly and are looking for an experienced Residential Account Executive who is motivated by success long-term relationships and measurable resultsnot just commission checks.


The Opportunity

As a Residential Account Executive you will be the face of JLG to builders developers and contractors throughout Indiana. You will own your territory drive new business and expand existing relationships within the residential construction market.

This role is designed for someone who can hit the ground running understands the residential build cycle and takes pride in building a book of business that lasts.


What Youll Do

Sales & Territory Development

  • Identify pursue and secure new business with residential builders and developers

  • Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools

  • Conduct jobsite visits walkthroughs and in-person relationship meetings

  • Research upcoming communities developments and residential projects

Relationship Management

  • Build long-term partnerships with builder purchasing teams and superintendents

  • Represent JLG at Home Builder Association (HBA) and Indiana Builders Association (IBA) events

  • Provide consistent follow-up clear communication and exceptional customer service

Sales Execution

  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals

  • Collaborate closely with estimating and operations teams to ensure accuracy and smooth execution

  • Negotiate pricing manage expectations and close deals aligned with company goals

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives


What You Bring

  • 3 years of B2B sales experience (construction flooring building materials or home building preferred)

  • Strong understanding of residential construction timelines and builder purchasing processes

  • Demonstrated ability to prospect develop and close new business

  • Professional communication organization and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated accountable and driven by long-term success and performance

  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel statewide

  • Base Salary Commission with total earnings potential of $80000$120000
