Job Summary
We are looking for a detailed-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Analyst with 2-4 years of experience in the Payments/Fintech domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating end-to-end payment lifecycles ensuring the integrity of merchant onboarding processes verifying settlement and reconciliation accuracy and testing fraud risk management (FRM) rules. The role requires a strong understanding of payment gateways banking networks and API of payment gateway integration ISO 8583 message formats settlement cycles and Chargeback processes.
Mobile app testing Web app testing. Willing to learn and explore new projects into payments.
General QA Responsibilities
- Create maintain and execute test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications.
- Report bugs in JIRA track defects to closure and perform regression testing.
- Collaborate with Product Development and Operations teams to ensure timely release and high-quality deliverables.
