Partner Service Field Support Coordinator

The Partner Services Field Support Coordinator provides high-level administrative and programmatic support to the Partner Services Department including Community Partnerships Capacity and Compliance. This role is critical to maintaining strong relationships with partner agencies and ensuring accurate timely coordination of communications data systems trainings and departmental operations.
The ideal candidate is organized dependable resourceful and thrives in a fast-paced mission-driven environment. This position requires consistent on-site attendance strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while upholding Houston Food Banks PACT values: Purpose Accountability Courage and Transparency.
Maintain reliable punctual on-site attendance and participate in meetings and presentations
Serve as a primary point of contact for partner agencies and prospective partners
Coordinate daily communications and respond to department inquiries
Update and maintain the Partner Services website page calendar and partner portal
Coordinate departmental meetings and prepare meeting minutes
Maintain and update data across multiple platforms including Link2Feed Ceres Salesforce NetSuite Google Docs Claromentis and the HFB website
Code and track departmental expenses and submit check requests via DocuSign
Coordinate partner trainings and events including onboarding sessions information sessions focus groups and staff retreats
Administer departmental communication tools such as Zoom and SurveyMonkey
Provide administrative support for capacity-building grants and reporting
Prepare and submit monthly status update reports to the Director
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
12 years of administrative computer or customer service experience
Skills & Abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to manage documentation and work across multiple data and project management systems
Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Professional interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
Primarily office-based with occasional exposure to warehouse freezer and outdoor environments
Frequent computer use and data entry
Ability to move throughout the facility and lift up to 15 pounds
Occasional exposure to moderate to loud noise levels
