The Onboarding and Experience Planner willbe responsible forsupporting the Onboarding and Experience Manager and the SPD Management team to create and implement a seamless onboarding and early learning experience for applicable new employees with a view to recruits being able to add value to the Licence quickly. Focussed oninitial6months butwill be capable of working with stakeholders to outline and set in motion a typical first 2y.
The role is critical to the implementation andsuccess of SPDs workforce renewal and growth plans specifically delivering an efficient centralised early learning process for high volumes of bulk role recruits.
Whatyoullbe doing
Meticulously plan and ensure completion of key onboarding deliverables with all the associated inputs being tightly coordinated including attendance compliance
Proactively manage complex series of existing (and create new) processes on and off system between P&O Licence managers and other SPEN business departments
Contribute to theteamsgeneral operations with tasks includingaccuratepreparation of reports scorecards
Maintain and manage any departmental contacts responding to requests and queries from line managers new recruits and other SPEN or Corporate departments.
Consult with and provide support to line managers on the onboarding and early learning process
Developmaintain and enhance relations with key business stakeholders
Whatyoullbring
Experience in a rolethatsbeen responsible forunderstanding and organising others learning
Awareness of early learning associated with small construction and / or electrical works
Enthusiastic andself motivatedindividual that will be the welcoming face for many
A highly motivated pro-active individual with (as a minimum) growth potential into a people person and coach/trainer.
Strong organisation and planning skills.
Presentation and facilitation skills
Excellent interpersonal communication & influencing skills
Ability to build andmaintaineffective relationships with key stakeholders across all channels to create standardised onboarding content and deliverables
