How youll make an impact:
Set a warm professional and hospitable tone for staff volunteers and visitors making the office easy to navigate with clear information helpful signage and simple processes.
Lead the day to day running of Compassion House coordinating building services and supplier partnerships and planning preventative maintenance.
Uphold health safety and security by partnering with our Health and Safety Officer leading audits and training and responding calmly and decisively to incidents.
Lead and develop the Office Experience team and volunteers through clear communication coaching and supportive direction.
Oversee post room operations to ensure sponsorship correspondence and profiles are processed and redistributed on time.
Steward budgets wisely review supplier value and quality and document decisions transparently.
Be personally committed to the Christian faith. There is an occupational requirement for this role to be held by a practising Christian in order to promote Compassions ethos and support others to experience explore and express the faithbased motivation of our work. Hours: 35 hours per week across four days (Monday to Thursday) with a daily start time of 07:30 am
