About your new employer:

About the role:
- Run a broad mix of building defects and strata litigation matters from intake through to resolution.
- Work across NCAT District/Supreme Court pathways mediations.
- Draft and advise on claims/defences evidence expert briefs subpoenas settlements and enforcement steps.
- Manage key stakeholders and build trusted client relationships.
The ideal candidate:
- 10 years PQE and strong BE Construction / Strata Litigation experience.
- Confident drafting matter management and client communication skills.
- Experience with NCAT strata/building matters and defect claims highly regarded.
- Commercial mindset calm under pressure and comfortable taking ownership.
- Team-first attitude and willingness to back yourself on files.
