Job Summary
Takealot Group South Africas leading online Retail / Delivery organisation is looking for a highly talented Takealot for Business Graduateto join our team. The Graduate Programme will be split between all businesses within the Group namely: TFS and Mr D.

Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
- A Bachelors degree in Commerce Business Management or a related field.

- Computer Literacy
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Data analysis skills (Excel Power BI SQL advantageous)
- Understanding of supply chain operations and production processes
- Adaptability Keeping up with rapidly changing digital landscape
- Relationship Building Networking and maintaining customer relationships

Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the department in all administrative functions linked to B2B order processing
- Provide comprehensive support in overseeing and maintaining customer accounts ensuring effective communication timely updates and smooth coordination to meet customer needs and expectations
- Supporting cross-functional team with B2B queries
- Managing customer queries and escalating as necessary
This is a 12-month contract position.
