Restaurant Supervisor Full Time

Salary: Starting at $19.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Full Time may include some weekends and holidays

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Crestwood United this role you will be responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations while providing professional leadership to ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

• Lead and supervise front-of-house staff including hiring training and performance management
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain high standards of food service and customer satisfaction
• Manage and maintain the point of sale (POS) system
• Monitor food presentation and service quality standards
• Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations
• Create and adjust staff schedules to optimize service efficiency
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
• Manage inventory and cash handling procedures
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or culinary training preferred
• Proven experience in restaurant supervision or front-of-house management
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Cash handling and basic accounting knowledge
• Food safety certification or ability to obtain within required timeframe
