- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting government agencies and public sector clients in Indonesia
- Lead mentor and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government decision-makers procurement officers and key stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities within the government sector and develop proposals that align with client needs
- Negotiate contracts and terms with government entities while ensuring compliance with procurement regulations
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and positioning
- Prepare and present sales forecasts pipeline reports and performance metrics to senior management
- Customize product and service offerings to meet specific government requirements and compliance standards
- Conduct regular performance reviews with team members and provide coaching to enhance sales effectiveness
- Ensure all sales activities comply with government procurement laws and organizational policies
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience with at least 3 years in government or public sector sales
- Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets
- In-depth knowledge of government procurement processes and public sector buying cycles
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strategic thinking and business acumen with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (both written and verbal)
- Preferred: Experience with B2B sales in the technology consulting or services sector
- Preferred: Sales certifications or professional development in government contracting
