We are seeking a visionary and experienced Director of People & Culture to join our dynamic team in Istanbul Tü this pivotal leadership role you will be responsible for shaping and executing our organizations people strategy fostering a positive and inclusive culture and driving employee engagement and development initiatives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and values
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals fostering their growth and development
- Design and oversee innovative culture initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational performance
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive organizational change and development
- Spearhead diversity equity and inclusion initiatives across the organization
- Oversee talent acquisition retention and succession planning strategies
- Develop and implement performance management systems and processes
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and measure their effectiveness through data-driven approaches
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Manage the HR departments budget and resource allocation
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on all people-related matters
- Drive the implementation and optimization of HR technologies and analytics
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; Masters degree preferred
- 10 years of progressive HR experience including 5 years in a senior HR leadership role
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful HR strategies and culture initiatives
- In-depth knowledge of Turkish labor laws and regulations
- Strong proficiency in HR management software analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities with a talent for building relationships at all levels
- Demonstrated experience in change management and organizational development
- Expertise in diversity equity and inclusion best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Proven experience in talent acquisition performance management and employee relations
- Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
- Fluency in English and Turkish (both written and spoken) required
- Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and industry best practices
