The Global Patient Engagement & Communication Manager is accountable for establishing global Patinet Engagement (P.E.) programs and leading the cross fertilisation of patient engagement best practice with affiliates and further establish the role within the businesses. The role will enable country localisation and execution of agreed P.E strategies. The role will act as a point of contact with external patient organisations and other similar bodies to help develop the presence and recognition of Sobi as a credible partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and drive defined tactics and execution of the Strategy and Tactical Plan by working in close collaboration with cross functional teams within the Global organisation and the affiliates
- Ensure day to day activities are executed in alignment with major milestones and KPIs and Sobi values to support the achievement of community engagement objectives. Activities include: execution and implementation of tactical developments supporting country execution and adaptation budget monitoring and KPI monitoring
- Secure that local market insights and needs are reflected into Global tactics development and implementation
- Provide tactical support to affiliates as needed to ensure successful execution of Global strategies and tactics to fully satisfy local business needs. Assist affiliates for development of local tactics/programs as needed to ensure consistency and alignment to Global strategies
- Administer grant and sponsorship process for HCO/Patient organisations; maintaining clear and concise communications with requesting groups on the submission and approval process.
- Operate with high ethical standards in line with the Sobi corporate values and SOPs by ensuring ongoing completion of all required initial and ongoing training in local regulations and policies and adherence to those regulations and policies
Qualifications :

**Education & Experience**
- University degree level education in medical or science-based discipline
- Minimum 3 years experience in specialty care within patient advocacy or medical communications
- Demonstrated experience managing complex engagement and activation projects from initiation to completion
- Proven experience in project planning budget management and database administration
**Skills & Knowledge**
- Fluency in written and spoken English with strong presentation and articulation abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office programmes
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management and multi-stakeholder project coordination skills
- Strong oral and written communication abilities
