Are you ready to shape the future of solar energy in Italy At Urbasolar part of the Axpo Group we are looking for a motivated and experienced Development Project Manager to lead the development of photovoltaic projects. What you will do:
Ensure projects reach ready-to-build status by managing stakeholders such as developers authorities landowners grid operators and advisors.
Prepare and submit applications manage documentation and liaise with administrations grid operators and local stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and legal/technical requirements.
Develop and follow up on project timelines budgets and business plans.
Identify assess and mitigate risks associated with project implementation.
Manage internal approval processes and report on KPIs.
Lead multidisciplinary project teams ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
What you bring & who you are:
Proven experience in project management ideally in renewable energy.
Strong knowledge of Italian regulatory frameworks for authorization grid connection and compliance for MT/AT photovoltaic and agrivoltaic projects.
Familiarity with land-use analysis tools and constraints.
Excellent organizational analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective leadership communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Driving license and willingness to travel frequently.
