As the General Manager of Lounges you will responsible for:
Job Responsibilities:
- The General Manager of Wynn Bar and Lounges is responsible for operating Tower Suites Bar Baccarat Bar and High Limit Lounge efficiently within pre-established cost controls.
- Responsible for managing scheduling training restaurant staff and monitoring staff performance.
- Maintains the department in accordance with Health Department standards.
- Ensures customer satisfaction through application of outlet and Wynn Las Vegas service standards.
- Ensure that every cocktail and guest interaction reflects our commitment to excellence
- Collaborate and maintain a seasonal service-driven cocktail menu that enhances the guest experience and complements our culinary program
- Educate and mentor lounge management and staff on cocktail preparation service standards and personalized guest engagement
- Oversee inventory ordering and cost controls to maintain an efficient and profitable program without compromising quality
- Engage with guests gather feedback and proactively enhance the bar experience to progress the department
- Uphold all health cleanliness safety and legal regulations relevant to bar operations
Qualifications :
- Candidates must be able to communicate read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner and the ability to speak a second language is a plus.
- Requires prior experience in Food & Beverage leadership and a minimum of 4 years in a supervisory position in a similar environment (high volume bar/lounge/restaurant preferably in a luxury setting).
- Candidate must have advanced knowledge of beverages Forbes Travel Guide Standards and cost control.
- Candidate must exhibit strong motivational and developmental skills.
- Requires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required at present or in the future for this position at all times.
- Proven experience in cocktail program management or lead role in a high-volume service-oriented luxury hospitality environment
- Deep knowledge of cocktail trends spirits and mixology techniques including World 50 Best Bars and Michelin Restaurants
- Strong leadership and training skills with a passion for team building
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Multi-venue management experience required
- Applicants must be 21 years of age or above.
